Kwende worked as consultants to BSkyB, to define and document the BSkyB Airtime Sales business process, providing clarity and structure to support strategicc system development decisions.

The work was completed on time, to a high level of quality and still forms the basis of analysing requirements for Airtime Sales, three years on.
