Kwende worked with Mazda Motors UK on a CRM requirements study and a system prototype development to capture and analyse customer information for campaign management activities. The Kwende team defined user requirements and designed a scalable systems architecture for a data warehouse and analysis system that supports a multi-channel customer acquisition environment. This enabled Mazda Motors UK to improve the effectiveness of their customer acquisition and campaign management activities.

The project was completed successfully and delivered value to the Mazda UK business. I would use Kwende again as they produced the deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
