Kwende worked with COLT Telecom to design and implement a transactional based systems for resellers across 12 countries in Europe. The system enabled resellers to activate telephone services and receive call detail information for their customers The self-service system enabled COLT Telecom to reduce the support staff for the reseller business and increase their geographical presence in serviceing the wholesale market.

The Kwende team worked with the business users to gather requirements, optimise business processes and define system specifications.
